I really struggle with eating and putting on weight due to health issues. I lose weight so quick and have been trying different protein shakes for years to help keep it on. Most of them taste awful and didnt really help.

I literally came across this just by searching protein shakes, read the reviews and thought id give it a go and wow!

Its tastes soooo nice! Its very moreish which is great as you’ll stick to drinking it more. Although it doesn’t fill you up, It does make you feel like you’ve eaten something, which is a nice feeling when your not well and struggling to eat.

I’ve been drinking these every day for about 4 months now and its really helped make a difference to my health. I feel like i have more energy than i did. I’ve stopped losing weight and im now able to hold it and sometimes even gain a little which is amazing!

If anyone knows anyone that is struggling to eat for whatever reason, i really would recommend these. They are by no means a substitute for food, you do need to eat food as well, but its really helpful when your struggling to eat a healthy amount. They have really helped me a lot. And i do really like them. I have the chocolate flavour.

I would say if your going to drink these long term, order direct off their website as there are more options with different flavours and products. Chocolate is my favourite. It actually tastes nice and slightly sweet. I always have mine with milk. Lovely!

Great taste – great experience

I bought this based on a recommendation from my girlfriend as I wanted to start taking supplements but I did not want to buy one of those massive protein jars and have a dozen vitamin bottles on the counter. I have to say that I do not regret my purchase.

I got the chocolate flavour which is very nice, sweet but not too strong and it does not have a powdery taste. I drink it more as a nice treat between breakfast and lunch which makes me look forward to it.

It mixes with little to no effort – the instructions say you should use 200 ml of water or milk but I prefer my shakes thinner so I will normally use around 300 ml.

I also noticed that the packaging is really well designed for easy opening so there is no mess when preparing it.

I think it is a great way for somebody to get into food supplements which do not feel like medicine and establish a healthier diet.

In light of the current Coronavirus pandemic and the vulnerability of elderly people, I bought this for my Nan to help strengthen her immune system. My Nan doesn’t need to gain weight, but the high content of vitamins and minerals should help to improve her body’s ability to fight the virus. If she does unfortunately contract the virus then a little extra weight will be a good source of energy for her to draw on.

My Nan has had 4 of the 7 shakes so far. She tells me that it mixes well, has a nice chocolate taste that isn’t too sweet and that she enjoys having it as a ‘treat’ between lunch and dinner. I can’t prove that it’s boosted her immune system, but so far she remains in good health.

So tasty and not too thick! I’ve been struggling with weight gain for my whole life. I’ve only been using these for a few days but I don’t feel too full so I can still manage my 3 meals a day! The chocolate flavour mixed with milk is just like a milkshake (quite dangerous because I just want another when I’ve finished one)! Overall 10/10 and will purchase again!

Fantastic product, amazing flavour, tasted just like a good old fashioned thick shake at the seaside as a child. You can start to feel the energy boost this provides by the time you’ve finished drinking it. Does exactly what it says on the tin. As the saying goes. Just a shame this cannot be purchased in larger quantities or larger bags that you measure out with a scoop. To help bring the price point down a little.
